Pre-Marriage Counseling Program — National Commission for Women
The Pre-Marriage Counseling Program, supported by the National Commission for Women (NCW) and conducted through Shri Sambhu Mahadev Sheva Bhavi Sanstha, Pus, is a certified initiative preparing couples for healthy, respectful, and responsible married life. Our team has successfully completed certified counsellor training under this program.
The program covers communication skills, emotional preparedness, conflict resolution, financial planning, family roles, and legal awareness — including marital rights and women's protection laws.

Career Counselling Program — Saravali Gram Panchayat
On 26th October 2025, Umang Foundation in collaboration with Saravali Gram Panchayat successfully conducted a career counselling program for students. The session guided students on career selection, informed them about various educational opportunities, and highlighted the critical importance of skill development for their future.
The primary objective was to create career awareness among students and provide them with the right direction — helping them navigate the often overwhelming landscape of career choices with clarity and confidence.
🎓 In villages where career options often feel invisible, one honest conversation about possibilities can change everything. For a student who has never heard of options beyond what their parents did — learning that a different future is possible is not just information. It is permission to dream. That is what Umang Foundation showed up to give that day.
Psychological & Material Support to Flood-Affected Families
Upholding its deep commitment to social responsibility, Umang Foundation visited flood-affected farmer families, assessed their losses with compassion, and distributed complete school kits to their children to ensure continuity in education. The initiative provided both moral and educational support to families in distress — making sure that even in crisis, no child's education was interrupted.
🌊 When floodwaters take away everything — the crops, the savings, the sense of safety — what remains is a family trying to hold itself together. Umang Foundation showed up not with pity, but with presence. Sitting with these families. Listening. Handing a school bag to a child who had lost almost everything — and watching their eyes remember that tomorrow still exists. That is the work.

NEET Guidance Seminar — Umang Foundation x Ahire Academy, Beed
Umang Foundation in collaboration with Ahire Academy successfully organised a 6-month NEET Guidance Seminar for school and college students in Beed, Maharashtra. The interactive seminar covered the complete NEET exam pattern, subject-wise preparation strategies, smart study planning, and the importance of regular mock tests — helping students build focused confidence toward a career in medicine.
🩺 Every student who dreams of becoming a doctor deserves more than hope — they deserve a clear path. For many students in Beed, this was the first time structured, expert guidance found them. Watching doubt turn into direction — that is the quiet power of the right guidance at the right time.
